This 18 month fixed term contract position is a unique opportunity for an HR Advisor or HR Operations specialist to step up and lead employee lifecycle in a dynamic and global business. The role will work in a fast paced, matrixed and collaborative environment with an empowering leader. It will suit a proactive and highly communicative HR professional, capable of managing competing priorities and reporting requirements. As the main point of contact for HR enquiries, this is a central and highly visible role.

Working in close collaboration with the ANZ HR Director, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Owning employee lifecycle across all areas of the business
n
- Owning onboarding, exits and employee enquiries
n
- Supporting the outsourced Payroll partner with monthly HR reporting and audit processes
n
- Managing HRIS optimisation, ongoing reporting and maintaining data in line with local and global compliance
n




- Contributing to Learning & Development and maintaining compliance records
n
- Leading Work, Health & Safety programs including mandatory training
n
- Coordinating HR contributions to company wide meetings and inductions
n
- Supporting global HR projects as needed.

The successful candidate will bring:

n

n
- HR Generalist experience, preferably within commercial business units
n
- Payroll experience, in house preferred
n
- Experience leading ER matters, liaising with employees at all levels
n
- Exceptional communication, diplomacy and interpersonal skills
n
- HRIS experience, with Workday, Success Factors or similar ideal
n
- Confidence in HR Reporting, Advanced MS Excel skills and analytical skills
n
- WHS experience, with RTW case management advantageous
n
- Experience partnering in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices Industry advantageous.
