- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, providing a high level of service while maintaining strong and lasting client relationships
- Oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio, including leasing, routine inspections, maintenance, compliance and general tenancy management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other key stakeholders
- Manage complex tenancy matters, including disputes, arrears, lease negotiations and Tribunal proceedings
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs and emergency issues, ensuring properties are well maintained and issues are resolved efficiently
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide landlords with clear communication, updates, recommendations and reporting
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the performance and management of your portfolio
- Ensure all properties are managed in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and industry best practice
About you
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of the NSW residential tenancy legislation and property management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine focus on client satisfaction
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a supportive and collaborative team workplace
- A proactive, professional and positive attitude
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
