An exciting leadership prospect has become available for an experienced Head of Department to join a boutique, luxury-focused Property Management business in Melbourne's Bayside.

This is an opportunity for someone who is ready to take genuine ownership of a substantial portfolio, lead a growing team and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the Property Management department.

The business has recently acquired a significant rent roll and is looking for someone who can help build a high-performing Property Management operation from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Taking ownership of the existing 350-property portfolio
n
- Leading and developing two Assistant Property Managers
n
- Building and growing the Property Management team
n
- Providing leadership, coaching and mentoring
n
- Driving accountability and high performance
n
- Overseeing day-to-day Property Management operations
n
- Maintaining strong landlord, tenant and stakeholder relationships
n
- Ensuring consistently high service standards
n
- Reviewing and improving systems and processes
n
- Supporting continued rent roll growth
n
- Working closely with the Director on strategy and business development
n




- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and client experience
n
- Helping shape the future direction of the Property Management department
n

What We're Looking For:

- Strong Property Management experience
n
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
n
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
n
- Strong operational and organisational capability
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- High level of attention to detail
n
- Commercial awareness and an appetite for growth
n
- Genuine interest in premium and luxury property
n
- Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with leadership
n
- Hands-on leadership style
n
- Strong understanding of Victorian Property Management practices
n
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent
n
