Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Trailer Fit-Out & Assembly Technician who wants to be part of it.

From workshop floor to the next adventure

There’s something satisfying about watching a finished Hauler roll out the door and knowing you helped build it.

The neatly run wiring. The accurately fitted aluminium floor. The suspension working exactly as it should. Those details matter—and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in getting them right.

You’ll work alongside our production team, bringing our trailers to life through final assembly, fit-out and finishing.

What you’ll be doing

Installing 12-volt wiring, harnesses, trailer plugs and LED lighting.

Plumbing air suspension systems with secure, leak-free connections.

Measuring, cutting and fitting aluminium flooring and sheeting.

Fitting components, accessories and custom options across our Hauler range.





Using drills, rivet guns, grinders and other workshop tools safely and confidently.

Troubleshooting fit-out challenges and checking the quality of your work.

Keeping your workspace secure, organised and ready for the next build.

You bring the skills. And the pride.

You might come from trailer manufacturing, caravan assembly, vehicle accessories, mechanical fitting, coachbuilding or another practical workshop background.

What matters is that you’re confident on the tools, mechanically minded and care about the finished product.

We’re looking for someone who:

Thinks on their feet and enjoys solving practical problems.

Produces clean, accurate work without cutting corners.

Turns up reliably and gets stuck in.

Works well with others and takes ownership of their tasks.

Wants to help build quality Australian products.

Experience with 12-volt wiring, air suspension or aluminium flooring will be highly regarded. An interest in the 4x4 and outdoor lifestyle is a bonus.
