Rossi Simicic Lawyers' is seeking a talented Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Wollongong, NSW. As a Solicitor and part of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, high-quality legal services to our clients in the area of Family Law. This is a full time role although we would consider a part time position for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
- Advising clients on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, parenting & property disputes, and maintenance
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Representing clients in court proceedings
- Conducting Negotiations
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support client matters
- Collaborating with the broader legal team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
- Admission as a Solicitor in NSW and a minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience in Family Law
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused legal services
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
