Specsavers Morisset is seeking a Casual Optical Assistant to join our retail team in Morisset, NSW. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional eyecare experience to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest quality service and product solutions.

What you'll be doing

- Warmly greet and engage with customers, understanding their specific needs and preferences
n
- Assist customers with frame selection, lens options and product information
n
- Process customer transactions and payments with accuracy and efficiency
n
- Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing store environment
n
- Restock and rotate merchandise as required
n
- Provide outstanding customer service and support at all times

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a friendly and qualified customer experience

- Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills for accurate order processing

- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional service and a genuine interest in eyecare
n
- Flexible and adaptable, weekend availability a must!

- No optical experience necessary!
