About the role

n

The Recruitment Officer is a call centre-based role that involves speaking with people interested in potentially taking part in clinical trials and supporting their potential enrolment into studies.

n

There are multiple ongoing casual positions, this is an onsite role with a shift pattern between the hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday,



and 9:00am - 5:00pm on weekends.

n

We are seeking candidates with experience in call centres, healthcare customer service, patient-facing roles or healthcare administration, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

n

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within clinical research, with clear development pathways and progression opportunities.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with potential participants
n
- Assisting eligible participants by conducting phone screening questionnaires based on the clinical studies requirements
n
- Inbound and outbound calls – up to 40 + calls per day
n
- Selecting trials for participants based on eligibility criteria
n
- Build excellent rapport with existing and new participants
n
- Booking appointments and updating the participant database
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Must have 6 months experience in a call centre environment or similar
n
- Medical research/clinical operations experience would be advantageous
n
- Must have excellent time management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team
n
- Maintain a professional level of confidentiality
n
- Meet set targets and KPI's
