As Team Leader, you will lead the delivery of accessibility projects across Sydney and NSW while helping build the local Access Consulting team. You will work across major commercial developments, transport infrastructure, airports, hospitals, education facilities, high rise residential projects and public buildings.

This is still a hands-on technical position. You will manage your own portfolio, advise clients and lead projects, but you will also have the authority and support to recruit, mentor and develop additional Access Consultants and Cadets as the Sydney team grows.

There is an element of business development, but no hard sales KPIs.



The business grows by servicing clients properly, delivering accurate work on time and building relationships that lead to repeat projects. If you bring existing industry relationships, brilliant. If you are an excellent consultant who clients trust, that is equally valuable.

Longer term, there is a transparent pathway toward Associate. For the right person who proves themselves through technical delivery, leadership and commercial contribution.

ABOUT YOU

You may already be leading a small team, or you may be a strong Senior Access Consultant who has reached the point where you are ready to step up. Either way, you will need at least 5 years of Access Consulting experience and the confidence to take ownership of complex projects and client relationships. You will also bring:

- A Diploma of Access Consulting
- Accreditation with the Association of Consultants in Access Australia
- Strong knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act, National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards
- Experience delivering complex accessibility projects
- Commercial awareness across budgets, fee proposals and project performance
- The confidence to advise senior clients and influence project teams
