We are seeking a highly organised and motivated AdministrationOfficer to provide quality administrative support to our operational andprogram teams while ensuring a welcoming and skilled experience for staff,clients, and stakeholders.

About the Role

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will play a keyrole in the day-to-day operations of our organisation by providing reception,administration and customer service support across multiple programs andservices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manageincoming phone calls, emails and enquiries
- Greetand assist visitors, clients and stakeholders
- Processincoming and outgoing correspondence and mail
- Coordinatemeeting room bookings, catering and equipment requirements
- Prepareagendas, meeting minutes and calendar invitations
- Maintainregisters, records, databases and filing systems
- Supportstaff onboarding processes and equipment coordination




- Monitorstaff compliance, training and certification records
- Arrangetravel and vehicle bookings as required
- Assistwith brokerage requests and general administration tasks
- Contributeto continuous improvement initiatives and administrative processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration role

Proficientin Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills

Strong organisational and timemanagement abilities

High attention to detail andaccuracy

Ability to manage competingpriorities and work collaboratively within a team

Must have Current DriverLicence

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

Current National Police Check(issued within the past two years)

Current NDIS Worker ScreeningClearance (Yellow Card) or ability to obtain one

Highly Regarded

- Experiencewith financial software such as Xero
- Understandingof, or experience working with, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and families
- Workwithin a respected Aboriginal community-controlled organisation
- Supportmeaningful programs that make a difference in community
