We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our welcoming team on a part-time or full-time basis .
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and confident individual to join our growing dental practice in Bittern (Bittern Dental) . As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism.
Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings.
Coordinating the daily appointment schedule.
Processing payments and handling patient accounts.
Maintaining accurate patient records.
Assisting the clinical team with chairside and administrative duties.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as both a Dental Receptionist and a Dental Assistant.
Chairside assistance skills across a wide range of procedures, including general fillings, root canal treatments, cosmetic veneers, dental implants, and orthodontics.
Strict adherence to sterilisation and infection control protocols.
Administrative capabilities , including stock monitoring, equipment maintenance, and strong computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office).
Experience with Dental 4 Windows (D4W) is highly desirable.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekday evenings and weekends if required.
Reliable transport is preferred.
