Role Overview

As a Forklift & Warehouse Operator , you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Your main responsibilities include:

- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

- Forklift Operation: Safely operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts to load, unload, move, and store stock.

- Inventory Management: Receive incoming goods, replenish stock, assist with stocktakes, and maintain accurate inventory.

- Warehouse Operations: Load and unload containers and trucks, maintain an organised warehouse, and ensure products are stored correctly.

- Safety & Compliance:



Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

- Team Support: Assist with general warehouse duties and work collaboratively to meet daily operational targets.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds a current Australian LF Forklift Licence ;

- Has proven experience operating high reach forklifts ;

- Can safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and store stock;

- Has previous warehouse experience, including pick packing, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties ;

- Has experience unloading shipping containers and loading/unloading trucks;

- Holds a current Australian driver's licence and has reliable transport;

- Is physically fit and capable of manual handling;

- Has strong attention to detail and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

- Has a strong work ethic, is reliable, punctual, and dependable;

- Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
