Paving Technician (Entry-Level)
The Opportunity
This is your chance to break into the civil and infrastructure industry and build a long-term career.
You'll work on major projects including highways, motorways, and airports, using advanced technology to support high-precision asphalt paving.
Full training provided. Strong pathway to permanent employment and career progression.
What You'll Do
- Work on-site with experienced teams on major infrastructure projects
- Support asphalt paving using advanced PaveSmart technology
- Communicate with operators and site crews to ensure accuracy
- Assist with setup of control systems and site equipment
About You
- No experience required – training provided
- Keen to work outdoors in a hands-on role
- Versatile to work varied hours (day/night/weekends/travel)
- Driver's licence required
- White Card (or willingness to obtain - we'll cover the cost)
- Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
- Willing to undertake pre-employment medical
