We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Car Carrier Driver to join our growing operation, transporting vehicles throughout Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Emerald and regional Queensland.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for safely and professionally transporting vehicles using an HR car carrier, with work covering Brisbane, Sunshine coast, regional Queensland and occasional longer-distance runs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Safely operating an HR car carrier and 4-car trailer
- Loading, unloading and securely restraining vehicles
- Completing pre-start and post-trip inspections
- Ensuring all vehicles are transported safely and without damage
- Following NHVR, fatigue management and road safety requirements
- Completing accurate vehicle condition reports and transport paperwork
- Communicating professionally with customers, dealerships and collection points
- Representing EDI Auto Logistics professionally at every job
- Keeping your truck clean, protected and well presented
- Working closely with our operations team to keep deliveries running smoothly
- Occasional overnight stays when required

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and takes pride in their work.

You will need:

- Current HR licence – essential




- Minimum 6 months car-carrying experience
- Experience operating car carriers or vehicle transport equipment
- A strong safety record and professional driving attitude
- The ability to safely load, unload and secure vehicles
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- A professional attitude and pride in representing the EDI brand

HC licence and semi-trailer car-carrying experience will be highly regarded.
