- Architecting and building complex, scalable data pipelines

- Designing modern data platforms and cloud-based solutions
n
- Working hands-on across Python, SQL, Spark / PySpark and Databricks
n
- Leading technical design and contributing to architecture decisions
n
- Conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers
n
- Working directly with clients to understand problems and shape practical solutions
n
- Driving secure, resilient and cost-effective engineering outcomes

What we're looking for

n

n
- 5+ years' experience across Data Engineering or Software Engineering
n
- Strong Python and SQL
n
- Databricks and Spark / PySpark
n
- Git, CI/CD and modern engineering practices
n
- Experience across AWS, Azure or GCP
n
- Consulting or highly client-facing delivery experience
n
- Strong communication, commercial judgement and high EQ
n
- Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly across changing environments
n
- Relevant technical degree
n

The Senior role is specifically positioned as the lead builder and technical mentor, with responsibility across architecture, code quality, mentoring and end-to-end delivery.
