We are actively looking to grow our successful team of working temps across Reception, Administration, and Customer Service assignments. These assignments cover varying durations; short, medium, long and ongoing, across a number of industries.As a temp you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience, enhance your skills, build your resume, and be exposed to a variety of working environments.
The Role
Responsibilities vary with each assignment, duties can include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting corporate clients
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Invoicing and general administration support
- Manage office resources
- Raising of POs + order entry
- Data entry
Skills and Experience
- Availability to work business hours Monday - Friday and start immediately
- Prior experience in a Reception / Administration / office based Customer Service
- Exceptional communication skills
- Warm and engaging personality
- Able to manage a varied workload and flexibility
