ABOUT YOU

- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
- Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Disability Services
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Practical
- Current VIC Working with Children’s Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Minimum 6 months paid experience working as a PCW in community setting
- Current Police Clearance (if you don’t have we will provide at no cost)
- An empathetic, patient and caring nature
- Exceptional communication skills & be able to build respectful relationships.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the community team, you will enable our clients to live their best possible life by helping with everyday activities and assisting them to do the things they love. Every client is different, and tasks may include:

- Assistance with personal care (showering and dressing)
- Household cleaning and laundry




- Meal preparation
- Transport to and from appointments / shops
- Providing respite for family
- Assisting with complex care needs.

Your responsibilities include:

- Relationship building
- Quality and compliance
