Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for temporary work in Melbourne CBD?
We are currently recruiting for a range of temporary Corporate Receptionist opportunities within leading law firms and professional services organisations.
These roles are ideal for experienced Receptionists who are immediately available and open to short-term assignments. Assignments can range from one-day cover through to several weeks, with some opportunities also available on a longer-term contract basis.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES
Depending on the assignment, you may be responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing meeting rooms and visitor arrivals
- Coordinating couriers,
deliveries and general reception requests
- Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the smooth running of the office
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
To be considered, you will have:
- Ideally, experience within professional services, legal or another corporate environment
- Immediate availability to start
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A polished and professional presentation
- Corporate attire suitable for a professional services environment
- Confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders
- The ability to quickly adapt to recent environments and systems
