As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate panel building machinery, monitor machine performance, and ensure products meet quality specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities

- Set up and operate panel building machinery
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as required
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and standards
- Conduct routine machine inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve output targets

About you

- Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Robust mechanical aptitude and attention to detail




- Ability to follow processes and technical instructions
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desirable: Experience operating panel building or woodworking machinery
- Desirable: Manufacturing or trade-related experience
