BaptistCare is seeking a Refresh Retreat Program Facilitator to lead dementia respite retreats for older Australians and their carers. You will coordinate logistics, support wellbeing sessions, and work with participants, carers and BaptistCare staff to deliver meaningful retreat experiences.

The role involves overnight aspects during 3-day retreats, 4 days per week (Mon-Thu with planned retreats Tue-Thu). Travel across Greater Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong and Kiama regions is required.
