Mount Waverley, VIC | 3-Month Temporary Assignment (Potential to Extend) | ASAP Start | Forklift Licence Required
This is a varied and fast-paced role that will see you coordinating field service activities, managing logistics, and working closely with engineers, contractors, and customers to ensure service delivery runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Service Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating a national service function, ensuring resources, materials, and personnel are scheduled effectively to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate work for a national team of field engineers and contractors
- Liaise with customers to arrange service visits and project requirements
- Coordinate tools, equipment, parts, and materials required for site work
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities
- Maintain contractor management systems and site access requirements
- Update and maintain service information within internal systems
- Support service operations through effective planning and administration
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a Scheduler, Planner, Service Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Strong computer literacy and administration skills
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- Experience coordinating field technicians, contractors, or service personnel is highly regarded
- SAP experience
- Salesforce Field Service or Salesforce CRM exposure
- Logistics, warehousing, or inventory coordination experience
- Current Forklift Licence is required
