The Role

You’ll work alongside the team and help keep the workshop running properly.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting technicians on the floor

- Coordinating jobs and workshop workflow





- Keeping jobs on schedule

- Providing technical support and fault‑finding assistance

- Jumping on the tools when required

- Maintaining safety, quality and productivity standards

- Supporting apprentices and less experienced technicians

- Keeping workshop management updated on jobs and priorities

- Holding the team accountable and getting things done

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent

- Strong heavy vehicle servicing, repair and diagnostic experience

- Leading Hand, Foreman, Supervisor or Senior Technician experience

- Strong technical and fault‑finding skills

- Good communication and leadership skills

- Current driver’s licence

- Full Australian working rights

- Someone reliable who takes ownership and follows through
