Key responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound freight across Australia.

n

Arrange and monitor transport bookings with third-party logistics providers and freight carriers.

n

Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates.

n

Resolve freight delays, delivery issues, damages, and claims.

n

Vendor negotiation, cost control, regular updates of ERP freight cost matrix

n

Assist with inventory planning and stock replenishment activities.

n

Liaise with local and international suppliers and customers.

n

Maintain logistics performance metrics and identify improvements.

n

About you

n

2+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, freight coordination, or warehouse operations.

n

Solid understanding of transport and distribution processes.

n

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

n





Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

n

Experience in renewable energy, electrical, wholesale or industrial products sectors (desirable).

n

Experience using ERP or WMS systems (desirable).

n

Knowledge of import/export processes and international freight (desirable).
