We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join a bulk earthworks project in Upper Coomera.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be working alongside the crew while helping coordinate day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate will have proven Leading Hand experience on civil projects, along with practical experience operating either a Moxy (Articulated Haul Truck) and/or Roller.

What We're Looking For

- Proven Leading Hand experience on civil construction projects
- Solid background in bulk earthworks or general civil construction
- Current plant ticket and demonstrated experience operating a Moxy / Articulated Haul Truck and/or Roller
- Ability to lead a small crew and coordinate day-to-day site activities
- Strong understanding of civil construction practices and site safety
- Current White Card
- Reliable transport and strong work ethic
- Able to work hands-on and lead by example
