Lead your own crew on long-term council contracts across Moreton Bay & Logan.
What you get

What you'll do
- Lead a crew of 2–4 and plan/allocate the work
- Site records, audits and reporting
- Liaise with council officers and superintendents
- Mentor your crew through their tickets
What we need
- Bush regen/natural area management experience including crew leadership
- Driver's licence + White Card
- ACDC or ChemCert
- SEQ weed ID and confident client/council comms
- Highly regarded: Cert III/IV Conservation & Land Management, SEQ Ecological Restoration Framework, chainsaw L1/L2, First Aid/CPR, 4WD + load restraint, excavator/skid steer, AABR, truck licence.
