Village Cinemas in Australia is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and support the team in delivering memorable guest experiences. Reporting to the site senior leadership team, you will oversee opening/closing, cash handling and shift reconciliation.
You will coach team on Service Steps, manage rosters, maintain venue standards, and ensure safety and compliance with OHS and food safety. Availability evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required.
