Section Waiter – The Grill at The International

The Grill at The International is seeking experienced Section Waiters to join our CBD team. We deliver polished, professional service in a fast-paced dining environment, with a focus on genuine hospitality, exceptional food and wine knowledge, and attention to detail.

This role suits hospitality professionals who are confident running their own section, thrive in busy service, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences while working as part of a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 1 year experience running a section in a fine-dining/hatted restaurant
n
- Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge
n
- Confident delivering professional, attentive service in a fast-paced environment
n
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
n
- Professional presentation with a strong eye for detail
n
- Current RSA
n
- A team-first mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
n

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Delivering warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout the guest experience
n
- Managing your section with confidence and efficiency
n
- Maintaining venue presentation and service standards
n
- Working closely with the kitchen, bar,



and support teams to ensure smooth service
n
- Building genuine rapport with guests and anticipating their needs
n
- Upholding The Grill's standards of hospitality at all times
n
