ABOUT THE ROLE

- Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction.

- Provide styling advice and product knowledge to help customers discover pieces that fit their lifestyle

- Building genuine relationships with customers and delivering a high level of service
n
- Maintaining an elevated store environment through visual merchandising, stock management and presentation standards
n
- Processing transactions accurately through point-of-sale systems
n
- Working collaboratively with the Seed Heritage and Myer teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
n

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment
n
- A passion for fashion, styling and the Seed Heritage aesthetic
n
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build genuine relationships
n
- Confidence using point-of-sale systems and managing customer transactions
n
- Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for visual presentation
n
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach
