Transcal is a national fleet branding and vehicle graphics company, looking to partner with more Australian large fleet operators, to deliver everything from basic decals through to full wraps and fleet rebrands, nationwide.

We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our NSW branch.

Key responsibilities

- Build relationships with clients in the fleet, automotive and transport industries
- Identify and uncover business opportunities
- Develop new business and present solutions
- Manage opportunities from initial conversations through to successful delivery
- Pick up the phone and meet clients face-to-face
- Open doors that weren't previously open
- Focus on new business and client relationships

About you

- Experience in fleet sales at dealerships, Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs), or vehicle body builders/accessories suppliers/upfitters
- Understanding of the fleet, automotive or transport industries
- Experience building relationships and identifying opportunities




- Experience winning business
- Commercially minded and self-motivated
- Comfortable with face-to-face client meetings
- Takes pride in seeing opportunities progress from initial conversation through to successful outcome
