RACV is seeking a commercially savvy Finance Business Partner – Labour Management to lead labour forecasting, budgeting and workforce analytics across RACV's leisure portfolio of 10 iconic resorts.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, Leisure, you will collaborate with Resort Managers, Payroll and People & Culture to drive productivity improvements, support sustainable growth and deliver actionable insights to operational leaders.
