About the Role

As a member of our team, you’ll be the face of our events – ensuring every guest feels welcome, looked after, and leaves with a memorable experience. We're all about generosity, confidence, respect and energy - if that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. We host events daily here at Pepe's across 3 key areas: the Rintel Room (30 seated, 50 cocktail), the Parlour (50 seated, 80 cocktail) and the Main Dining Room (100 seated, up to 300 cocktail). We host a wide variety of events: weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, hen's parties - any event goes at Pepe's!

Your tasks will include:

- Preparing the events space for a function





- Greeting guests, making them feel warm & excited to have a great time

- 3 plate carrying events food to tables (or roaming canapes, food)

- Serving food and beverages, opening bottles, and pouring drinks

- Clearing and resetting tables to service standards & flipping for back-to-back events

- Processing payments through POS systems for cash bars

- Recommending wines and beverages to complement the menu

About You

- Previous experience in a premium or high-volume events environment is essential

- RSA certification (essential)

- Confident, professional, and guest-focused approach

- Solid communication and teamwork skills
