The successful candidate will be responsible for:

n

- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
n
- Designing and executing menu items in line with style and quality expectations
n
- Ensuring consistency,



portion control, and presentation across all dishes
n
- Monitoring food quality, freshness, and stock levels
n
- Maintaining kitchen operations in compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations
n
- Working with and supporting other kitchen staff as required
n
- Minimising waste and interest in assisting with ordering and inventory management
n

Applicants for this position should:

n

n
- Have at least 1 year of relevant full-time experience as a Chef for CDP, in addition to formal qualifications
n
- In some cases, 3-5 years of full-time employment experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
n
- Have a solid knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
n
- Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
n
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, time management, and organisational skills
