We specialise in the repair and rebuild of domestic and commercial properties following insured events including fire, storm, flood, impact and malicious damage.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.

This is an office-based, full-time role supporting the delivery of insurance-building and construction projects from planning through to completion. You will work closely with our Construction Team Leader, internal departments, insurers, policy holders, suppliers, subcontractors and trades to keep projects moving, customers informed and documentation accurate.

About the role

As Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating assigned construction projects to ensure they are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget and in line with customer, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating project planning, delivery and close-out activities across assigned projects

- Maintaining project schedules, budgets, reports, records and project documentation

- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing practical solutions

- Liaising with clients, insurance representatives, policy holders, suppliers, subcontractors and trades

- Managing communication relating to project requirements, variations, delays, disputes and customer expectations

- Supporting quality assurance and ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, regulatory, environmental, quality and safety requirements

- Maintaining accurate data and records within relevant systems

- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce rework and support better customer outcomes

- Upholding a safe, respectful and professional workplace culture

About you

You are a confident and capable coordinator with strong administration, communication and organisational skills. You can manage competing priorities, build productive relationships and remain calm and solutions-focused when projects change direction.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Experience in project coordination, construction administration, insurance repairs, building,



trades coordination or a similar role

- A sound understanding of construction methodology and project delivery processes

- Experience working with project schedules, budgets, variations, claims, reporting or job-management systems

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- The ability to build positive working relationships with clients, insurers, trades, subcontractors and internal teams

- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of recordkeeping

- Strong planning, time-management and problem-solving skills

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

- A practical understanding of quality, environmental and workplace health and safety requirements

- Confidence using common technology, systems and Microsoft Office applications

- A genuine willingness to learn, improve processes and develop your skills

Experience within insurance repair, restoration, residential construction or trade-based project environments will be highly regarded.
