Waterdale Dental is seeking a dedicated and personable Dental Receptionist/Dental Nurse to join our friendly team in Ivanhoe, VIC. This part-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our modern dental practice and provide exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming patients, and managing the reception area in a professional and friendly manner
n
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, ensuring effective patient flow
n
- Assisting the dental team with clinical procedures as a Dental Nurse
n
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient information in our practice management system
n
- Processing payments and managing patient accounts
n
- Ordering and maintaining dental supplies and equipment
n
- Upholding high standards of infection control and workplace health and safety
n

What we're looking for

- Previous experience is not necessary as training is provided but would be helpful
n
- Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, friendly demeanour
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages
n
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
n
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
