- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role or a role requiring business process analysis and improvement.
- Ability to rapidly understand business needs and translate business needs into updated process maps and user stories.
- Workshop facilitation and discussion with stakeholders in order to ensure collaboration in requirements gathering and solution definition.
- Developing detailed business, technical requirements and data integration documentation.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience writing user stories.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a focus on simplification.
- Experience implementing a SaaS solution.
- Experience as a Business Analysis in Agile teams or Agile Project Delivery.
- High level written and oral communication skills and excellent organisational skills.





Australian permanent residency status is required for this position.
