n Managing multiple developments across different asset classes that are all at different stages and engagement types.
n Looking for a solid Foreman with strengths in structures to support an awesome project team on a high profile project.

ROLE

n

This is a Structures Foreman role on a $100M class 2 project in central Sydney.
n You will be a crucial person to drive the project from excavation through to topping out.
n Main responsibilities will be total site control/management, coordination of trades,



Quality/Safety/Compliance management and accurate documentation of all structures processes.

n

YOU

n

An experienced Foreman with many projects you can refer to that highlight your strengths in structures and bringing large complex projects up out of the ground.
n Capable of driving performance through methodical planning and preparation and skilled leadership of your team/subbies.
n Have an uncompromising approach to safety and quality and are across the detail at every stage.
n Know what it takes to maintain momentum and hit every milestone from demo, excavation, concrete pours and topping out and can forecast and report accurately.
n Successfully delivered a 15-20 story apartment building under the DBP Act in the $70m- $100M range in the last couple of years.
