We’re on the hunt for a passionate Barista/Cafe All Rounder to join our friendly team at the Beach Willow Nursery Café, nestled within a thriving plant nursery in Mt Duneed. If you love great coffee, warm hospitality, and a beautiful garden setting, this could be your perfect gig!
About the Role
- Craft consistently excellent coffee and beverages
- Provide warm, productive customer service
- Assist with light food prep and café operations
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Help create a welcoming experience in our leafy, relaxed environment
Working days: Weekdays and Weekend Hours as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year barista experience (dialling in, milk texturing, latte art proficient)
- Friendly, team-focused attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- A love of nature, plants, and the local community
