We’re a registered op-shop with a simple purpose:To create an environment that engages and challenges perception around unwanted goods.

Our stores give donated items another life while making second-hand shopping an easy, feel-good choice. The money we generate helps support local groups, community members and charities on the ground doing the hard yards.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Time Store Manager for our new West End store.

This isn't a normal retail position. You’ll role will be centered around creating a store that feels welcoming, positive and full of personality — a place where customers enjoy spending time, donors feel appreciated and second-hand shopping feels exciting.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are quite the same — and that's part of the fun.

You’ll be hands-on across the store, including:

- Creating genuine connections with our customers and donors
- Keeping the shop floor full of fresh, interesting pre-loved stock, continuous stock moves is a must
- Sorting, pricing and preparing donated items for sale
- Ensuring donations are categorised and decisions made quickly, to align with WH&S; guidelines
- Using POS, CRM data and social media to leverage traffic
- Ensuring banking, team schedules and inductions are up to date
- Working with your team of volunteers, paid team and your regional manager to achieve operational goals
- Sharing ideas and looking for better ways of doing things

We’re looking for someone who:

- Loves people– you’re friendly, approachable and know how to create a space that make people feel welcome
- Rolls up the sleeves– if something needs doing, you're all in
- Has an eye for presentation– you enjoy making things look valuable and understand how merchandising transforms spaces
- Works well with others– you contribute, communicate and support the people around you
- Takes ownership– you're reliable, responsible and do what you say you'll do
- Can think on your feet– priorities change quickly in our stores and you're comfortable in pivoting throughout the day
- Is open to feedback– you want to learn, improve and develop
- Shares our values– inclusion, kindness, sustainability and community aren't just words to us

Previous retail or customer service and fashion experience would be great, particularly if you've worked in a busy environment, but we're also interested in theperson behind the experience. Please note: you will need to have the work to right in Australia.
