This full-time role is based in Hervey Bay, Cloud Based , QLD and will see you providing key administrative support to the broader real estate team. Whether you have previous experience in a real estate environment or are looking to kick-start your career in client and sales administration, this is an excellent chance to put your skills to the test in a supportive and collaborative workplace.
What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assisting the sales team with lead generation, client communications, and property inquiries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and property records in the company's CRM system
- Carrying out daily general reception duties
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries from clients and stakeholders
- Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc administrative and sales-related tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Cloud Based Systems)
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role, preferably in a real estate or similar service-oriented environment
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality work
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
