Norman Carriers is seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Victoria operations and drive safety, accuracy and efficiency in a rapid-paced environment. You will supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, oversee inbound/outbound freight, and ensure strong team performance.
Reporting to the 3PL Manager, you will train, motivate and coordinate the warehouse team, manage inventory and workflows, and ensure compliance with Load Restraint guidelines.
