ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a confident, personable, open-minded Retail Assistant who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine appreciation for supporting sexual wellness journeys. This is a customer-facing role suited to someone who feels comfortable in a space that balances fun and boldness. In this role you'll provide exceptional customer service, maintain the presentation of the store, and support customers with product knowledge and respectful guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, respectful and professional manner

- Offer thoughtful, well-informed recommendations on products and sexual-wellness tools.

- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately

- Restock shelves and manage inventory
n
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store

- Follow store policies and uphold discretion
n
- Respect and protect customer privacy and personal boundaries
n
- Support safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental environment for all customers

ABOUT YOU

- Are confident, emotionally intelligent, and intuitive with people
n
- Have a natural ease discussing adult and wellness products with sensitivity
n
- Be a professional communicator with excellent people skills
n
- Respectful and non-judgemental attitude towards diverse sexualities, genders and lifestyles
n
- Comfortable discussing adult products and types of sex practices with positivity
n
- Honest, reliable and proactive team player
n
- A strong foundational base of sexual wellness knowledge with personal experience to pull from
n
- Previous retail or hospitality experience essential
n
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed
n
- Must be 25 years or older as we are looking for maturity and people with established life experience that will be relatable to our customers
