At Lifetime Holistic Dental , we are looking for a reliable, organised and genuinely patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team on a 4-day-per-week basis .

This role would suit someone who takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience, is committed to their work and is looking for a stable, long-term position.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has dental reception experience and a good understanding of dental treatments and practice operations

Is genuinely patient-focused and enjoys building positive relationships with patients

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is highly organised , reliable and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

Has robust attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right

Is warm, friendly and professional, particularly when supporting patients who may be anxious or nervous about dental treatment





Is a team player who is willing to help wherever needed

Is committed and dependable , and looking for a long-term role where they can grow with the practice

Is coachable, open to learning and enthusiastic about developing their knowledge and skills
