Victoria Police is implementing a Frontline Support Services model, expanding RSS across regions with a focus on safe, consistent frontline delivery. The Practice Lead for RSS coordinates stations and supervisors to ensure effective tasking, coverage and governance of the FSO role scope.

The successful candidate will collaborate with FSS Regional Managers, station managers and FSOs to identify issues, support protected operation and contribute to continuous improvement of RSS processes.
