You will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies and supportive treatments in a day unit setting, ensuring protected, effective and person-centred care.
Key responsibilities
- You will work collaboratively with the patient, consumers and other health care professionals, working to establish and evaluate plans of care.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatments safely and in accordance with protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care.
- Monitor patients for treatment side effects and manage complications appropriately.
