About the Role

Your duties may include:

- Carrying out residential and commercial pest control treatments;
- Treating common pests, including cockroaches, ants, spiders, rodents, fleas, wasps and other general pests;
- Conducting termite inspections and termite management work, depending on your qualifications and experience;
- Identifying pest activity, entry points and contributing environmental conditions;
- Providing customers with clear advice and treatment recommendations;
- Completing service reports, treatment records and other required documentation;
- Handling and applying pesticides safely and in accordance with product labels and relevant regulations;
- Maintaining pest control equipment, tools and the work vehicle;
- Communicating professionally with homeowners, tenants,



property managers and body corporate representatives; and
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- A current Australian driver's licence;
- A reliable, punctual and responsible attitude;
- Positive communication and customer service skills;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- A willingness to work in roof voids, subfloors, outdoor areas and other confined or physically demanding environments;
- The ability to use a mobile phone or tablet to complete reports and job records;
- The right to work in Australia.
