MTYU - Stones Corner is seeking an experienced Workforce Planner for a temporary, up to 12-month contract within a Government Service Delivery / Contact Centre operation in Queensland, Australia. The role focuses on strategic and operational workforce planning for Customer Service Operations, ensuring accurate forecasting, productive resource planning and reliable schedules.
