Key responsibilities

- Receive, inspect and record incoming goods.
n
- Book materials into the ERP system.
n
- Print labels and apply them to the materials containers.
n
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
n
- Store and organise stock safely and efficiently.
n
- Update information into the ERP in a timely manner.
n
- Handle material movement within the manufacturing areas such as production and laboratories.
n
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
n
- Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
n
- Coordinate with production, logistics and delivery teams to ensure the correct amount and the correct types of materials are sent to the production team on time.

About you

n

n
- Minimum of one year of working experience in the warehouse, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
n
- Ability to read and write in English.
n
- Ability to operate computers adequately.
n
