WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME EMPLOYEE for growing business!

We are an expanding Specialist Practice providing exceptional patient care across multiple locations and are looking for a highly organised, friendly secretary to join our team.

Whilst medical reception experience is highly regarded, applicants with outstanding administration skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- First point of contact, to provide an outstanding level of customer service on the telephone or in person.
- Efficient management of all patient data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence, and accounts
- Schedule and manage of patient appointments.
- Co-ordinate referrals, scans, test results and other medical reports as required during patient's treatment
- Liaise with other specialists and healthcare professionals
- Management of patient invoicing and receipting of consultations (Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation,



third party)
- Complete end of day reconciliations (eftpos, credit card and cash)
- Editing and sending letters

We are looking for

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Previous experience working with Clinic to Cloud software is highly regarded
- Initiative and a pro-active attitude
- A problem solver who can think outside the square
- Excellent people skills to relate well to patients, staff and health care professionals
