City Cave Float and Wellness Centre – Richmond NSW

We are seeking a Float Attendant to join our growing team in Richmond. Average of 10-20 hours (2-3 Shifts) per week. We are open 9am - 9pm, 7 days per week so availability to work evenings and weekends is required.

Key responsibilities

- Manage client bookings in booking system (MyTime)
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email and text
- Ensure service rooms are thoroughly cleaned between clients
- Recommend services and treatments to help the clients achieve their goals
- Complete float water chemistry testing and treat effectively
- Assist with Social Media Content

- Valuable work ethic with a willingness to complete regular cleaning as part of this role




- Comfortable selling and recommending the best products and services for guests
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
