Member Service & Reception Team Members - EMF North Lakes

We are currently looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at EMF North Lakes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience and will become an integral part of our day-to-day reception and sales operations.

You will assist the Club Manager with all aspects of club operations, including member engagement, club tours, membership sales, administration, social media, retail sales, member outreach, and maintaining a clean and welcoming club environment.

- Confident, energetic and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for working with people.

- Fitness industry experience is preferred but not essential.

- A welcoming and positive attitude with the ability to build strong rapport with members and guests.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.

- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.

- High attention to detail with robust problem-solving skills.

- Ability to follow sales processes from initial enquiry through to membership sign-up.

- Willingness to assist with cleaning, equipment maintenance and overall club presentation to ensure the facility always looks its best.

Eligibility Requirements

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

- Strong administration and customer service skills.

- Previous fitness industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
