Community College Northern Inland (CCNI) is a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation providing skills and training opportunities across the New England and North West region. We pride ourselves on being innovative and responsive to the training needs of our regional communities and local industries.

We are seeking a Casual Face-to-Face Individual Support Trainer & Assessor to deliver CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support in Armidale.

This is a great chance for an experienced industry professional who enjoys sharing their knowledge and supporting students to develop the practical skills and confidence they need to work in the Individual Support sector.

As a Trainer & Assessor you will:

- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions.





- Conduct student assessments and monitor learning outcomes.

- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training.

- Participate in the review and validation of training and assessment materials.

- Maintain your vocational and industry currency.

Essential Criteria

- TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus TAELLN411 and TAEASS502.

- Relevant vocational qualifications and competencies required to deliver and assess CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support.

- Current and relevant industry experience in Individual Support.

- Commitment to maintaining professional and vocational currency.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- National Police Check.

- Working with Children Check (WWCC).

- Current Driver Licence.

This position is casual, dependent upon training demand, with an hourly rate of $63.72.
